Summary:

We are currently hiring for a Financial Transactions Analyst with the following responsibilities:

• Make initial contact with landlords, property managers and leasing representatives to discuss possible restructuring opportunities.
• Identify landlords and/or properties that are potential property management opportunities.
• Perform basic financial analysis using pre-built models and templates.
• Assist with leasing activities including finding spaces for clients and procuring prospective tenants for listed spaces.
• Gathering, interpreting and analyzing data.
• Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data.
• Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs.
• Modify letters of intent for lease restructuring proposals.
• Review leases and other legal documents.
• Strong knowledge of Excel to work on lease restructuring spreadsheets.
• Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management.

Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field. Degree can be in progress.
• Proficiency with computer software and relevant applications.
• Exceptional time management.
• Detailed data analysis.
