We strive to follow best practices when disposing of garbage and recycling, and seek out facilities that implement environmentally sustainable best practices.

1045 is committed to conserving resources and conducting all work performed in an environmentally responsible manner.  Listed below are examples of how we aim to be green while serving our clients and their commercial property needs. 

Conservation at our Offices:  Our office staff is encouraged to make a maximum effort while striving for paperless communication and data storage without physical documents. The waste stream our offices do generate are also recycled to the highest percentage possible. This conservation extends to our use of water as well as electricity in our daily activities.  We have smart technology to conserve energy such as electricity and water sources, and continue to explore using solar energy to make oru facilities self sustaining.  Many of employees work remotely which has many positive environmental impacts that include:  fewer emissions and improved air quality due to not having to commute, less paper and plastic usage, and reduced power consumption. 

Conservation at Shopping Centers: We strive to be eco-conscious while maintaining all the shopping centers we manage using the following items, programs, and services when applicable and warranted:
