Summary:

1045 is currently interviewing for a Portfolio Accountant to work out of our Dallas, TX office in a hybrid capacity. Candidates with at least 2-3 years experience outside of Dallas, TX will also be considered.

• The job duties include the following but are not limited to:
  Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements.
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Experience with Yardi preferred
